The Gasparilla Pirate Festival is an annual celebration held in Tampa. The Pirate theme is appropriate, since it is all about the booty! Hot coeds spend the morning drinking, then of course their boobs start coming out. Tits for beads and beer? Argh Matey, A Pirates Life For ME!
